THIS IS THE REAL DEAL if you are into original hot rods. This car was build in 1965 by a builder in northern California. Starting with a unmolested original coupe he made a few body mods by louvering the hood, losed in the louvered portion of the hood side panels at the nose, liminated the windshield wipers, oved the gas filler from the rear fender and the trunk handle to inside the trunk. Car was also reupholstered in its current form at the same time.
The drive train was updated to a new GM crate sbc 327/365hp Vette motor, asting #3782870, H350 3 speed auto, " Ford rear (3:50:1) with parallel springs and tube shocks, ront 4" drop axle with tube shocks, tock steering (tight) with banjo wheel, ront Ford F100 brakes/drum rear, ower booster/dual master. Dash gauges updated, ewire, nd turn signals. All glass is original, indshield cranks out, nd door regulators work great.
I purchased the car on ebay in October 2011 from the wife of the builder. The builder had passed away many years earlier and the car was placed in storage until I purchased it.The car is an attention getter, uns great and a blast to drive. Reason for selling is health and cost of cancer treatment.
