You are looking at a 1957 Ford Thunderbird, that belonged to a military family the owner passed away and the car sat in the garage for 10 years. We cleaned the fuel system, put some fresh gas in it, a new battery, she started right up. The transmission shifts smooth and the motor has good power. It has a removable hard top and well as a new soft top. It has a new fuel tank, new hoses and belts, the radiator has been upgraded to an aluminum griffin radiator. The interior is real clean, seats and door panels have been restored. It runs good down the road, it could use a tune-up to make it idle smooth. The tires were weather cracked, so we installed a new set of Coker white wall radials. The paint is an older repaint that looks good from 10 feet, if you look up close it does have some bubbles and some flaws. This is a great driver for cruise in car shows, or just for fun on the weekends. The body is very solid and the rubber weather striping has been replaced. The carburetor is a newer generation holly 4bbl. The temperature gage works along with the factory tachometer, oil pressure, speedometer and fuel gauge works as well. The clock does not work, if you are looking for a cool 57 Tbird and you don't want to spend $50,000 plus this will make you a great car.
