Description

Up for sale is a 1969 Mustang Mach1 390 4speed with the original motor, tranny, rearend, and title. This car has the Tach dash, close ratio 4 speed(only 881 w/these driveline combo) and posi rearend. The gentleman I got the car off of got the car from his fathers friend(original owner) in 2008(title is signed and dated 2008) The gentleman did an amature(and I mean amature) bodywork and paint. Don't let the pictures fool you this car has bondo in everything. Its good enough to drive till you want to restore it that's what I was going to do but finances determine that I cant keep the car. The motor runs strong, no smoke, I hear a ticking noise probabaly need to adjust the lifter(they are adjustable). the brakes work but there near the floor, the guy put in a power brake booster(car had manual drum brakes) and hooked everything up to the manual stuff(didn't change anything like the pedal, portion valve, master cylinder, and the drum brakes). he also put in power steering which works good(this was a manual steering and brake car). the floors are nice but there is a small rust area on both sides on the floor near the torq box by the rocker(don't need to replace the floors just fix these areas). to make it nice you will need trunk drop offs, rear outer wheel wells, tail panel and both quarters. I would find better doors, fender and hood, though you can work with the hood and fenders. I just installed these magnum 500s(used but nice), new gas tank and sending unit, new Holley 750 carb with dual line kit and gas pressure guage. The Car Runs excellent, I only drove it around the block a few times and it goes. I feel a little hop in the rear end I don't know if its in the rear end or the universals but my experience says it is in the rearend. it goes fine but don't want anyone with any suprises. The car was originally Meadowlark Yellow and the guy painted it Acapulco Blue.

I tried to describe everything as I could I am not responsible for something I said or didn't say you can call me for clearification anytime my name is Rob 774-345-0265, there will be 500 non refundable deposit with 24 hrs after the close of auction, no exceptions you will not get the car if you don't, i reserve to close this auction at anytime for it is for sale locally, thanks and happy bidding.
