Original raven black with white vinyl top with matching white interior. This car comes well-equipped with power steering, power drum brakes, A/C, 8th track, bucket seats center consul, and of course the Thunderbird special 390 4V Z code.. this is a complete XL, purchased locally in San Pedro California at a dealership named SODERSTROM FORD just outside of Los Angeles. This is an original one owner 500 XL! so when I purchased the vehicle from the original owner.. She herself still lives in San Pedro. This car was well taken care of, always maintained as she got older she needed the use of a more economical vehicle so she only drove it once in a while just to memorize the feeling of driveing an old Galaxie. So most of the time it was just sitting in the garage that explains the mileage this car has 154,000 original enjoyed miles The interior is completely original nothing has been replaced it is completely bone stock and may I say for being over 50 years old it's in really nice shape! the only flaw that would need some attention is the headliner but even so the rest of the headliner is in good shape so if you wanted to keep it original you can maybe find a Upholstery shop that are willing to repair the split seem... The car has had one repaint it was due to a Front passenger fender bender that happened in the late 70s so she didn't want them just to paint only the front fender she said she'll have the whole car repainted to match, sometimes I wish everyone will do that when they have a small fender bender..sometimes I buy old cars with shiny fenders and hoods but the rest of the paint is faded..so since she had the car repainted she let it sit the rest of the time and only drive it once in a while but it was still her baby and she was still taking care of the old Galaxie ..The paint is over 35 years old. There's some flaws small little things very minor Little scratches here and there but for the most part it shines pretty good!.. The body is pretty straight for being 50 + years old.. The car starts right up runs and drives good, it's got brand-new set of tires on there that has thousands of miles left on them..
