This car draws a lot of attention by everyone who sees it. It is the only one in the world. I built it for my business in the awards field. Took it to shows all over and it did the job. I had it registered for 4 years and then retired it.
I still to this day have customers and people from shows ask where it is.
I am now retired and have to let it go from my collection. Built in 1997.
INTERIOR:
SHO Tarus leather seats--SHO console--1950 Ford trim includes, dash clock,
chrome heater controls, dash light, choke control and they all are for show only.
The steering wheel horn ring does work. This is all to remind you even though you are driving a modern car, it is a 1950 outside car.
All oak custom deck that extends from the front seats to the tail gate.
All trim inside custom painted blue to match everything inside.
New custom rugs installed.
EXTERIOR:
Custom painted to original color blue.
All metal nose from 1950 Ford grafted to front of car (lot of metal prefab to make it work)
Tail gate custom made for license hood from 50 Ford
Rear quarters are from 50 Ford all metal prefab also.
Molded lower panel prefab to fit.
Rear bumper recut to fit and then show chromed.
Front grille minor tweeking of metal to make fit and then show chromed.
Grille is like a 12 piece.
The front bumper cut to fit and rare bumperettes
All the chrome is of show standard and big buck as you can imagine.
American Racing rims. 16 inch Tires brand new P205 55R16.
Ribbed roof also comes with racks. (surf board not included)
40's Caddy hood ornament.
Motor is 3.8 and goes down the road real well. If you need pickup, it is all there for the taking.
The overall fit is perfect and the car is very show worthy and VERY SLICK
Please note that the AC pump, evaporator and some plumbing is still there. The condenser is not installed because no room in front of radiator due to prefab.
No problem to relocate a condenser and re-plumb it.
