Your looking at a 1978 Ford F-100 Ranger LWB 2WD. Great running dependable truck. Engine has around 10K on complete stockrebuild auto trans with 5K on rebuild. New battery, battery cable ends and wires water pump, starter. Western slotted mags 15x 8 with brand new Mickey Thompson Baja STX 31/ 10.50 R15. This was my shop truck and daily driver drives great has power steering. A/C was working but the compressor has started acting up and needs replaced. Truck does have some minor rust in the inner passanger side door. The previous owner has patched the floor pans with fiberglass. There is rust in the end of the bed at the tailgate (probably caused by fertilizer). Bought the truck from the original owner's brother appears to have been painted once before. Good truck has the normal dents and dings these old trucks have but in my opinion is better than most in my area.I have the original title signed but Alabama does not title antique vehicles. Truck has original owners manual and warranty tag. Was going to build the truck but I have 6 other project trucks and time to thin the heard for SEMA funds. These body style trucks are coming on strong and few on here have this solid of a running gear. This is a perfect builder for a shorty conversion or a cruiser and user.
