Description

You are bidding on a 1963 ford country sedan. The car is all factory paint and metal that I covered with 2 coats of PGA DC 3000 clear coat. It really looks great. I can't drive anywhere without people wanting to talk, or take pictures. It is complete with all its trim, factory fender mounted mirror that adjusts from inside. Wipers and lights all work as they should.ENGINE:The engine is a 460 BBF with an Edelbrock performer intake and Street Demon carburetor that is fed by an electrice fuel pump. An HEI distributor control's the spark. It has a Gilmer belt setup that works great and a GM single wire alternator for charging. It is topped off by Roush racing valve covers, Cal Customs air cleaner and breathers.Cooling:The cooling is done by an aluminum BeCool radiato, 16" electric fan that is thermostat controlled. It has a fail safe thermostat and polished stainless overflow. The heater hoses are hooked up and are held in place with billit specialties clamps .TRANSMISSION:The c6 transmission shifts great! It has a LOKAR RADICAL 32 shifter and chrome pan.CHASSIS:The frame was cleaned and sprayed with POR-15. It has 4 wheel disc brakes that stop great. 9" rearend . The front end has braided stainless steel hoses. ALL of the brake and fuel lines are nickel copper. The disc brakes are controlled by a chrome 8" booster and disc brake proportioning valve. Steering is nice and tight.STANCE:Lowered 2" I have new MOOG front springs if the winner wants it back to stock. It has 20" Ridler wheels in the back and 18s up front. With brand new tires .INTERIOR:The interior has new carpet, custom sill plates and shifter trim by Brandon kelly. I wired in Bosch gauges to keep accurate tabs on the oil pressure, coolant temp, and voltage. The gas Guage works but takes a few minutes to rise. The clock is correct twice a day. All the dash lights work. The rear seat is pretty nice. The front seat has seen better days, but is covered nicely with a blanket that matches well. All doors and windows work as they should minus having no door locks and the drivers door wing window is missing one piece that is keeping it from working. I have the wing window crank. The rear window and tailgate work great. No radio but wants a radio in a car like this? The 460 exhausts threw dual 2 1/2" pipes and thrush mufflers with turn downs in front of the axle ...that is all the music you need. It sounds great. Low rumbl, not obnoxious! This is a great car that draws a ton of attention. I'm only selling to fund another project. Please feel free to ask any questions you have. Please make sure you have the funds BEFORE you bid! Thanks for looking.
