I bought the truck from an elderly gentleman in Southern California and he owned it for the last 35+ years. The owner could no longer drive so the truck was sitting under a lean-to for many years. The body is in very good shape with little to no signs of rust. It comes iwth a flathead 6 cylinder engine. The motor isn't frozen and I the owner I bought it from said that it ran when it was parked. I still have yet to start the truck because the gas is old and it would require maintenance to get it up and running. I did. however. change the oil. The old oil looked pretty good without signs of contamination. It has been converted to a 12 volt system. The truck is complete. The wood in the bed will need to be replaced. The truck has excellent patina and would make a very nice driver the way it is or restore it. The gentleman filled out and signed the DMV title replacement forms which are being processed at the DMV. The truck is being sold strictly as is. I encourage buyers to view the truck prior to bidding. I can help arrange shipping at the buyer's expense to anywhere in the world.
