Description
First off. Thanks for your patience. I am a new to selling cars on ebay however I will give the most accurate description possible. My 1969 Ford Bronco Sport 302 is an original #s matching vehicle. The vin stamp on the frame and glovebox reads U15GLF7968. The vehicle has had 3 owners. The original owner was from GA and owned the vehicle for 35 years. A lady in MA was the 2nd owner and had it for 9 years since restoration and kept it on road and clean though her ownership. The third owner was a friend of mine. We searched for years to find him just the right vehicle. After locating this Bronco in FL last fall we bought it. My buyer was thrilled upon close inspection. It was fall and he lives here in MN so the vehicle was stored shortly after purchase. 3 weeks later the gentleman ran into some health concerns and just had to part with his beloved Bronco because he just could not enjoy it. I purchased it back from him shortly after 10/14. He put 10 miles on it. I have had the pleasure of enjoying the Bronco this spring and it is a dream! Reliability and drivability can not be beat. I would take it anywhere. It has all original unrepaired sheet metal throughout. Ok. now to the meat and taters:Vin info: U15GLF7968Model code U150= U-100 WagonEngine code G= 302 V8Plant code L= MichiganWheel Base = 092Color code K= Med Ivy Green (Obviously not green now)Body code 9U98= Not truly sure what this is Trans code C= 3 Speed ManualAxle code B8J=3. 50 Limited Slip (original in truck)DSO code 74= SeattleMechanical: Original block 302 cammed. nbsp;bored and rebuilt to perfection. New heads. Edlebrock intake. Holly carb. New water pump. fan. clutch. chrome everywhere. stainless headers. power steering and power disc brakes. Moded 3 speed on the floor with Hurst shift Linkage also rebuilt with the engine (7500 miles ago). Built with reliability in mind. Runs whisper quiet with ample power. The power steering and power disc brakes work wonderful. Absolutely no leaks except a small seep coming from where the dipstick meets the oil pan. No oil burn or loss. You will never add fluids. Oem alternator and radiator. Truly a wonderful engine for this classic. Rebuilt the carbs this spring due to a small gas leak. Don't touch it. Its perfect. It will be for years. The front diff has been changed to a locking slip diff witch engages automatically. The rear is the factory 3. 50 limited slip. Both are perfect. The transmission and clutch were rebuilt with the engine and are also perfect. Factory transfer case is perfect. Body: Nice and straight. Nearly no rust anywhere. No bondo or filler anywhere. All original sheet metal. Repainted a beautiful woodsy brown color. The paint is in great shape for its age and was done professionally. It is just starting to show signs of age with some VERY minor chipping on the rear gate and Very minor bubbling on the seams as pictured. Yes. all blemishes are in the pictures. Underneath is all rust free. Its a true 9 out of ten. A perfect ten is a paintjob away. Then its a $50k truck. Absolutely no thru rust or any place you could poke a phillips thru anywhere on the truck. The rockers. grill and fender edges are done professionally by Rhino Liner with the rest of the interior and looks great and will protect it. Currently the body needs nothing and shows no notable flaws. Very original. Interior: The entire floor has been coated by Rhino Liner. It looks great and always will. The original dash board and instrument cluster is all working and intact except for the temp gauge does not function. No cracking on original dash pad. An added cluster under the radio is added for temp. All seats including flip up back seat. levers. steering wheel. horn. roll cage. and plastic glove box insert from Toms Bronco. All in great shape. Very clean inside. Please contact me for any additional info. videos. pictures or anything else that will help you. Please do not bid unless you plan to buy. Look before you bid if you feel the need. $500 Paypal deposit is required within 2 hours of auction close or it will be sold to the next highest bidder. BEWARE! IT WILL SELL! MY RESERVE IS LOW!
