1979 FORD F-100 RANGER

SHORT BED

Truck sold new in Savannah Tennessee at Emmett Yeiser Chevrolet Company. It has been in West Tennessee its whole life!! One Family owned truck!!

Original unrestored 1979 Ford F100 Ranger in good condition. Truck has 102898 miles on original 302 2bbl v-8 and automatic transmission. Engine runs good and transmission shifts well.Truck came with power steering air conditioning power brakes wiper washers bed tie downs and bed rails.

Body is in great shape - body panels are straight and fit well. Body mounts and Cab Corners are in good shape. Bed is solid with minor surface rust (see photos). The only rust concern is on the top edge of passenger rear fender lip). Nothing major to repair the rest of the quarter is straight and solid. There is also one area of filler on the mid drivers rear quarter behind back wheel looks like a medium size dent showing itself….there is no rust or rot on the back side of that area. Paint is faded some and has vaious chips and scratches.

Interior is complete dash pad has no cracks. Seat has minor tears on drivers side. The driver’s door panel is broke at armrest truck will need new door panels.

Front Windshield has a stone chip in it the rest of glass is in good condition.

Truck was built at Louisville Kentucky and factory color is Maroon Metallic.

This 1979 Ford Truck has numbers matching motor (302 V-8) and 3 speed automatic transmission.

The undercarriage is in good clean shape.

This truck is an excellent candidate for a customized truck that needs little body work and little mechanical work.
