1967 Ford F 100 SWB Fleetside Originally a 352 V-8 and 3 speed manual transmission offered by Gas Monkey Garage with . .Ford introduced the F series of truck in 1948 and Americans have been in love with them ever since making them the #1 selling truck in North America (for 24 years the F series was the #1 selling vehicle in the U.S.!) We acquired this nicely preserved example built at the Michigan Truck plant in March 1967.The original 352 CID V8 has been replaced by anewer 302 V8 Engine and the original 3 on the tree Transmission are present but need completion before attempting to start for the first time. The door hinges are fairly solid the floor is fairly solid needing repair on the drivers side the cab corners are solid and firmly mounted. Underside pics reveal a very solid frame floor bed& suspension components (see all pics). The exterior is solid and fairly straight with body work having been started(he no longer wanted the cheese he just wanted his head out of the trap!) showing minor nicks and dings and minimal surface rust. Most of the exterior trim head and tail light moldings are present but not all of it(bumpers etc…see all pics).The interior is fairly complete and would benefit from some lovin’.This truck does not run or drive and should be considered a good start to a street rod project it will need to be towed or trailered. (And due to our filming schedule we can’t perform any additional work on this truck prior to delivery) Sold as is/where is!
