1966 Mustang Coupe. This is a 289 V8/C4 automatic car with console. It has 82900 documented original miles. I own a high-end restoration shop in Sarasota FL called Vintech Inc. My neighbor brought this car to me to fix up after several years in storage. After we got it running he offered it for sale to me. I bought it and completed the restoration process opting for a custom/restomod look. We had it professionally painted with in satin black with a clearcoat mixed in for durability and added a set of 17 x 7 grey center 5-spokes and new tires. Many hours were spent detailing and painting interior parts trunk engine and engine compartment.

This is a good solid car that drives well. We have a lot of experience with Mustangs of this era and this is a good one. Plenty of power tracks straight no vibrations shifts well. Lights signals & horn all work with the exception of the reverse lights.

This Mustang should by no means be considered perfect but it drives and shows very well and is a great starting paint for upgrades if you desire. Could be used and enjoyed as a daily driver as it sits. Flaws include a few minor imperfections in the body panels and panel fit and the driver seat has splits at a couple of the seams. Portions of the floor pans have been replaced and the rest are solid. There is still a bit of rust on the outer floor pan under the drivers seat see photo. Engine sometimes has a very small puff of smoke at start up. Carpets back seat door panels headliner sun visors dash pad and passenger seat are all in great shape. The factory drum brakes do a good job of stopping the car. The car has a decent dual exhaust system with full-length headers. Sounds great!Engine fires on the first turn of the key every time and features a manual choke if you want to let it warm up. Gauges all work. Charging & cooling systems functioning as they should. The car leaks no fluids whatsoever.
