1932 Ford Custom Roadster

GM Performance 350 cid Crate Engine 700R4 Transmission Ford 9” Rear End Super Bell Front Axle Be Cool Radiator w/ Electric Fan MSD Ignition

MotoeXotica is pleased to announce our latest addition a stunning 1932 Ford Custom HighBoy Roadster. Affectionately known as the “Deuce Coupe” Ford’s Model B was the frequent recipient of what people commonly refer to as “hot rodding.” The Deuce Coupe soon became the iconic image of the American hot rod; immortalized in the movie “American Graffiti” which idolized the 1932 Ford. The Model B became the car of choice for hot rodders because it provided a cheap and simple platform with a V8 and parts could easily be interchanged. The Deuce Coupe was offered in two body styles a 5-window and a suicide door 3-window; with the 3-windows being the most sought after and expensive of the two.

Painted in the classic “American Graffiti” style black metallic with flames engulfing the hood and doors this roadster is a pure American hot rod. Both the deep metallic black and vivid flames are in excellent condition and has only very minor imperfections. The previous owner stated that the flames were added to the Show-Me ’32 fiberglass body by Mayhem Graphics. Dietz headlights and ‘39 Ford tail lights are used for added for safety; making night driving much safer. All of this Ford’s electronic systems are wired using an Affordable Street Rod wiring harness. Red vinyl covers the nicely tailored bench seat door panels and boot cover; all of which are in fantastic condition. A Lokar floor mounted shifter has been added alongside a red and chrome steering wheel. Newer gauges replace the original style gauges but still are retained in their factory mounting positions. Finally a Morfab fuel cell has replaced the stock fuel tank for added reliability and safety.

Mechanically this Roadster is powered by a General Motors Performance 350 cid V8 crate engine mated to a 700R4 automatic transmission. Using this combination of engine and transmission made this ’32 Ford extremely user friendly and enjoyable to drive. Added to the crate engine are an Edlebrock 600 Series carburetor and polished intake ceramic coated headers MSD ignition Billet Specialties brackets and operation gear and MagnaFlow mufflers with aluminum pipes. Making sure the GM Performance engine stays cool a Be Cool radiator with an externally mounted electric fan was added; which allows this car to be comfortable in modern traffic and road conditions. The suspension is handled by a chrome 4-bar set-up bolted to a Super Bell front axle and Ford 9” rear-end with a 3.50 gear ratio. Stopping the all four open-air tires are front disc brakes and rear drum brakes which provided a confident stopping ability. Billet Specialties knock-off style wheels with newer Goodyear Eagle tires complete the car both of which are in great condition and the tires have plenty of trend left.

What are you waiting for? This ’32 Ford HighBoy Roadster is built to be driven has only 1582 miles since completion and is perfect for the owner who wants classic hot rod looks at a very affordable price! GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!
