Description

Offered for sale is a 1953 Ford F-100 pickup. The truck is powered by a 300ci inline 6 cylinder motor and C-6 automatic transmission with shift kit. It has a Ford 9" rear end with 3.0 gears an Offenhauser intake manifold with a Holly 4 barrel carburetor and a Hedman header. The truck has 10808 miles on it since it was rebuilt. I have shown it in the rat rod classes at car shows but it's too good to be a bonifide rat rod. The body is solid with no rust and the truck is mechanically sound. It runs great and everything works. You can drive this truck anywhere. The truck was serviced and inspected by a certified mechanic 1500 miles ago and everything including the brakes checked out good. However when initially stepping on the brakes it does have a tendency to pull a little to the left. The left front brake probably needs to be adjusted. I've driven this truck 100's of miles down the Interstate at 75 mph and the truck does not overheat. THIS TRUCK CAN BE DRIVEN HOME! Thanks for looking.
