Description

1967 mustang with it's original numbers matching 289 cubic inch v-8 engine and automatic transmission. The previous owner had owned the car for 30 + years. He owned a service station and had gone over the engine. He said that the car runs and drives very well. I sprayed starting fluid in the carb and it did start right up and sounded great. I had another mustang owner here and he said he couldn't believe how nice it sounded. I didn't want to put gas in the tank and drive it until it was cleaned out as not to get any dirt and debris in the carb. He replaced the floor pans a while back that show some surface rust with 1 - 6 inch x 6 inch area that needs to be replaced behind the drivers seat. The car should be restored and is a good candidate. I have had the car for a while and just don't have the time as I was hoping for to do the restoration. It has 80569 original miles.
