1965 GT350 R re-creation This is not just a fastback w/stripes & front. spoiler claiming to be a GT350R! This car is a 1965 A code fastback with all 65' Shelby parts & modifications that are unique to the (turn key “R” code racer) Shelby produced. This project took several years. The end result was well worth the hundreds of hours that brought it to completion. This car draws a crowd anywhere it goes has fooled mustang "experts" (until missing sfm in vin pointed out or noticed). Best compliments so far: why are u driving such a rare car? and Thanks so much this is just like the R I raced in '66 – 67!! I hate to sell it but two "clutch foot" operations a couple years ago leave me no choice. You cannot replicate this car for the listed reserve even if you could do all work yourself. The Shelby parts alone are pricey '65 Shelby spec.
