Up for sale we have a 1932 Ford Roadster Street Rod. The ’32 has to be one of the top Street Rods built. The one we have for you was built by Bobby Alloway Rod Shop. He is widely known as one of the masters of Street rods and has won many awards for his builds. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, nterior, nd driveline of the Ford, ut first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, perated, nd own our entire inventory, o consignments, nd only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, hat’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. To contact us for more information, ictures, r any questions call our office at (865)988-8088 or visit our SmokyMountainTraders website.
We will start off with the exterior of the ’32. It’s a Rats glass body that was finished to a show finish. The fit and finish of all the panels is excellent. Everything was pulled apart for paint and covered in the Viper Red Base coat with many coats of clear. It has been buffed and polished to a deep rich shine. The laid back windshield makes for a killer look. It has the simple tail light with painted headlight buckets. As with most speedsters it has the inside door handles to keep a sleek look.
Next, e will take a look at the interior of the Street Rod. On the inside it was done by Steve Holcomb. It has tan leather with a set of Lokar pedals and shifter. Also it has an inside control for the electric trunk lid that’s hid under the dash along with the ignition and headlight switches. The faces of the gauges were done to match the body color. It has an Ididit Column with a Leather Wrapped Banjo Wheel.
Finally, e will look at the driveline of the Ford. Under the hood it’s very neat and clean with a 350 V8 that’s mated to a 350 Turbo Trans. The engine is dressed with a set of chrome valve covers and a chrome alternator. The intake is aluminum with an Edelbrock Carb. For exhaust it has a set of Short Headers that are coated with dual exhaust. When you look under it the frame is painted to match the body color. Out back it has a Polished Aluminum Currie 9” Rear End and up front it has a Pete and Jake polished Drop Axle with Wilwood Brakes. This is great street rod that you could drive and enjoy or take to the shows.
