Beautiful 1964 Ford Fairlane "Thunderbolt" clone, ully restored with updates.
Engine - It has an original 1964 Ford 427 high riser engine, eads, ntake, arburetors and air bonnet. The C4AE block was bored 60 over, ard blocked. Eagle rods, troke 3.984, ith ARP rod bolts, rias popup pistons, 58 lift Comp roller cam, omp (ESP) springs, omp roller rocker arms, mith Bros. push rods, anley valves in C4AE - 6090F heads, loyes double sprocket roller chain, ntake C4AE - 9425D with two 600 CFM Holley carbs., nnovators West dampener pulley, eziere water pump, erma-cool fan, e Cool radiator, SD distributor, oil, gnition box. Doug Thorley 2 1/8 cross over headers, et Hot coated. This is one of the last sets built with Mr. Gasket crank case evacuation system. Engine has been blueprinted and balanced and Dyno'd at 615 HP. Tow extra Arias pistons go with this motor.
Transmission - C-4 built by JW Transmissions, CI trans-shield, 000 RPM stall torque converter from Munsinger. TCI universal trans cooler.
Brakes - Wilwood dual master cylinder, ord 4-wheel disc brakes.
Rear - Nine-inch Ford rear housing, 5-spline axles. No center section, ut will put in a new one per buyers preference. Pro street wheelie bars built by Competition Engineering, these are detachable).
Trunk - One commercial battery, ne 5-gallon fuel cell, allory comp 140 fuel pump and a power disconnect.
Interior - Tach, hift light, afety low oil pressure shut-down light. Cluster of 3 gauges: oil, il temperature and water temperature. G-Force 5-way harness, JS window net restraint, -point roll cage. Turbo action command center with Cheetah SCS shifter with roll control. Glove box signed by Dick Brannan and James (Hammer) Mason.
Exterior - Paint color is Wimbledon White with an overlay of white pearl, ost of the trim is original.
Tires - Front are Goodyear 28.0 x 4.5-15 on weld wheels. Rear are Goodyear 30 x 11.5-15 on weld wheels.
Misc. - At the FCA Nationals (2004), n Dearborn, I, his car won 1st place in the Thunderbolt Clone division. Was also featured in Cars and Parts magazine on page 12, ecember, 004 edition. We are very proud of this car and get nothing but raves everytime someone sees it, specially when we attend car shows. This car was also invited to be shown at the 1st annual Ford show in Atlanta, A, y Dick Brannan. It was also used as a display model at the "autograph" table, here people obtained autographs from racing legends. You have to see this car to appreciate
