Description

CONTACT JEFF AT 570 977 0741. Up for sale and your consideration is a classic hotrod built back in the early 1960's at a California hot rod shop. It remained in California until 1994 when it was sold at the LA Roadster show and then went to Oregon where it spent a few years. It then came to Pennsylvania where it has been meticulously cared for ever since. This is a real deal all steel hotrod. This car runs, rives, tops, nd handles very well. Please take the time to look over all 24 photos that I have listed here. This is a 1927 Ford Model T Roadster. All original steel body. Obviously being a streetrod this is a modified car. It is properly titled in Pennsylvania as a Special Construction "modified car" and carries Street Rod license plates. There is a Pennsylvania "Special Plate" affixed to the firewall issued by Penn DOT that has the title and vin # that matches the title. The title shows actual mileage, itle brand "S" for Street Rod, nd former title state as Oregon. Included in the photos is a picture of the top of the title. The title is a clean PA title ready for transfer to the new owner. The car is in amazing condition for a car that was built and painted over 50 years ago. If any prospective buyer has any questions as to the condition or integrity of this car, welcome and encourage the opportunity to show this car in person by appointment during the auction term to answer any and all questions that they may have. Feel free to call me to set up an appointment. As for the details of this classic hotrod, he frame is an original 1932 Ford Frame. The body is all original steel. There is a 1933-34 Ford Front axle assembly, ith a 1952 Ford F-2 Front Brake Split. The wishbone is all chromed. All the chrome on this car is 1960's chrome. Car has NO RUST. The black paint you see in the pictures is the original 1960's paint as well. There is a couple small blemishes in the paint. Keep in mind that this is old paint. The one noticeable blemish is by the windshield as shown in the photo. Driveline is simple and clean. a 1960's chevy 283 was the motor of choice installed. Still retains a points distributor and mechanical fuel pump. It has Chrome valve covers, &S headers and dual exhaust. It has been recently upgraded for reliability with a 12 volt electric system, n Edelbrock Performer intake manifold and an Edelbrock 1406 electric choke 600cfm four barrel carburetor. The transmission was also upgraded to a GM Turbo 400 unit. There is a Corvair steering box. Car is manual steering and manual brakes. There is a 9" Ford coil over rear with chrome rear radius rods. Terms of the sale are as follows: A funds in hand sale and a local pickup is the most preferred and accepted method of completing the sale. That way you pay for the car, et the title processed into your name, nd leave with the car all at the same time. A wire transfer or a bank cashier's check will also be accepted for payment on this car, owever the funds will have to completely clear the bank, hich can take several days and the funds will be made available before the car and title will be released. If a buyer requests shipping of the car it will be their financial responsibility. Now to be crystal clear on the shipping of this car I would like to make this point known. I live in Pennsylvania. If you live 3000 miles away from me and you want the car shipped to you, t will probably cost quite a lot of money to ship it to you. That incurred shipping expense does not make this car worth a single dollar less. Your shipping costs have nothing to do with the value of the car for sale here. If you live 5 miles away from me does it make the car worth a lot more money ? Of course not. So shipping is what it is. It is the cost to move freight from point A to point B period. Shipping costs are the buyers financial responsibility. Period. So with that said I am looking for a smooth sale here. I am an honest ebayer and very easy to work with. I again encourage and welcome the opportunity to show this car in person by appointment to any prospective buyer. I am very easy to reach. My cell number is at the top and bottom of this ad to make it very easy to reach me at. So lastly if you have any questions at all on this car, lease don't hesitate to CONTACT JEFF AT 570 977 0741. Thanks and good luck !
