I'm listing my very nice 1970 Mustang Mach 1. It has a 351 Cleveland that I was told by the previous owner is not original to this car. It is an M Code car which translates into 351 4V. The car has the large Cleveland 4V heads and runs very well. The 4 Speed Top-loader Transmission is in great condition. I have owned the car for years and it has been a very reliable fun car that gets tons of compliments when I drive it.. The car is typically hooked up to a battery tender and is covered in my shop building. The car has a Shaker Hood Scoop which is indicated in the Marti Report (See Photos).. The Marti indicates the car was originally red and is now a beautiful dark blue which was a ford color from the 80's. I have also done a video of the car starting from cold with a link to the YouTube Video below. The AM/8-Track Radio was modified years ago with a wired connection that allows me to play my iPod through the radio, Sony Amp in the trunk and then through some 6X9 Sony Speakers installed in the trunk door for the fold down rear seat. The 8-Track still works too. I installed a complete new interior when I bought the car several years ago. I bought it with about 96,000 miles and now it has 102,834. The BFG Radial TA tires are nearly new as are the wheels. It had 14" BFG Radial TA's on same style 14" American Torq Thrust Wheels. Just liked the look of the 15" wheels and tires. The clock was upgraded with a quartz movement and works.. The battery is nearly new and an Oversized Optima. The car came with a heavy duty battery option (not sure why) but has an oversized battery tray. The battery is (I think) a group 27. The car has not been smoked in as far as I know. The paint is very nice but is starting to show it's age. There are some minor flaws which I have tried to show in photos. The Rim Blow Steering Wheel has some cracks that I never got around to having restored. I had a friend in Spokane that I bought my first classic car from (1970 Camaro Z28).. I contacted him and he had heard about this car. He helped me work with Silver Auto Auctions who was planning to sell the car through one of their auctions but I bought it before it got that far. I tried for a couple of years to contact the original owner and was finally able to reach him. He had been a mechanic at Joe Welty Ford who was a Dealer in Wenatchee, A. He indicated the engine was changed out with a Cleveland from a 1973. He indicated he built the engine and it was not stock. He gave me the name of the painter who applied the dark blue paint. I have included some photos of the underside of the car showing a patch in the drivers floor. I am not aware of any other patches in the car. The rear axle is not Posi and the ratio is about 3.20 +/-..
To sum it up the car is beautiful and runs and drives great.
If someone buys the car and is somewhat close to Oklahoma I might be willing to transport on my car trailer for an agreed fee.
