Frame: 1998 Ford Ranger with rack and pinion steering
Engine: 1994 5.8 W - completely rebuilt
Transmission: 1989 AOD - completely rebuilt
Diff. 9 inch Ford 1970 f-150 new bearings
Rear suspension: 1970 f150 stock springs- 1 leaf removed
Front tires: P225/70 15
Rear tires: P245/60 15
Seats: 1998 Ford Ranger MYS 470 Mystique cork
Heater: Speedway
Gauges; AutoMeter
Paint: Valensia Orange/ Alabaster Silver
I acquired this truck from an older gentleman that was having this truck built. He had the dream and vision of building a truck that was no different than today's truck's with the look of the stylish 1948 F1. The truck is still partially a project as there is still some minor interior work to be done as well as a few other minor mechanical items like installing a new sending unit that I have so that the fuel gauge will work accurately. I have done some work on the truck but need to sell. A Lot of money has been spent on this truck and It will sell at a large loss but that's the way it goes sometime. The truck does run and drive well. Basically, just have no time and too many obligations to finish... I am sure there will be questions and I can try to answer them the best that I can but do not know a lot of details about the build. It is a true head turner...
All Panels on the truck are metal parts... As I said, here are a few minor things to finish up on the truck, ut I believe I have everything needed to finish.
