The low price on this 1993 GMC 1500 Sierra might make you think that the budget was blown on the super slick paint and bodywork. But take some time to go over the fully customized interior and air ride suspension, and soon you'll realize you can drive home the coolest total package around for a very affordable price.First off, yes, we can see the Chevy front-end, too. But in the process of customizing this pickup, it has become the curious case of a GMC in Chevy clothing. Besides that is not what will attract all of the attention; it's going to be the bold paint. This special shade seems to strike a balance between GM's iconic Hugger Orange and something that belongs on an exotic Lamborghini. This ultra smooth paint makes all the custom work look amazing, especially in the rear where here has been some serious investment in personalization. The bed cover fits flush; the taillights have been expertly filled in (lights are now below the tailgate); and the roll pan has been fully integrated with zero gap. While the orange consumes nearly every inch of the exterior, there is room left for some good 'ol American-style chrome. You see it on the full-width billet grilles and classic torque thrust-style alloy wheels. The bold orange on the outside is repeated inside to highlight the most interesting parts of this pickup. It frames the full-length custom center console, spreads across the dash, and surrounds the Billet Specialties steering wheel. In fact the chrome in the custom wheel is repeated on the dash, pedals, and even helping to feature the full gauge package. But you can see from these pictures all the bright custom work is far from overwhelming. That's because the fundamentals like the leather bucket seats, carpeting, and door panels, are all in excellent condition and feature a more basic gray. This is a truly loaded machine with power windows, power locks, power seats, cruise control, cool blue ambient lighting, and ice-cold air conditioning running modern R134a. The stereo has been given a serious upgrade to a Pioneer AM/FM/CD head unit that includes a flip-up LCD screen, Bluetooth connection, and an aux input for the most modern music players.Under the hood is the original numbers-matching 350 cubic-inch fuel-injected V8. We even believe the low 61K miles are original and actual. But it's not the good fundamentals that caught your attention, it's the show-ready engine bay. Not only are the fenders and firewall painted the same exterior orange, but also many of the engine components. Just like the exterior, there's plenty of room for chrome, too. You see it everywhere from the etched flame air cleaner, to the valve covers, to the pulleys. There's a nice set of Edelbrock headers that feed the side exhaust, but that shouldn't be your reason for taking a look under this pickup. Instead the undercarriage shots are where you're going to get a peek at the fully adjustable air ride suspension. After all, owning a truck like this is all about being able to drive where you want in enhanced comfort, but then slamming the suspension low on arrival. Regardless if it's a grocery run or a cruise-in night, you'll appreciate features like the power steering, front disc brakes, and four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive.Complete with owner's manual, this is a true uniform build that has been heavily invested in to create a striking total package. But best of all, you don't have to heavily invest in it to take this truck home. Call today!!!
