1947 GMC ARC622 Semi Truck
RunsClear TitleNo Rust (only surface) Runs and will Drive onto trailer. 426CI inline 6 that is massive and run really well! The brakes arehydraulic but it does have a workingaircompressor for trailer brakes. The truck would make a killer car hauler or advertising truck. My interior pictures show no seat but I have the seat but it does need recovered. The GMC has a 2 speed rear end.The GMC has a new battery, uel pump, oints, lugs, ap, otor, oil, ires and master cylinder. However the brakes have not been finished and will need to be completed before driving. All the tires hold air and all but 1 have great tread. When I bought the GMC I hauled it home on my 22' car trailer and it fit just fine. The Data tag lists theGVWRas22000 lbsso it is my understanding that since it it under26001 lbsno CDL would be required to drive it. (please check with your local officials to verify). All of the glass is there but would need to be replaced. A few pieces are cracked but all have yellowed. I have a glass guy that will replace all glass for $400.00 if you would like to have it done before picked up. With very little work this truck could be on the road. Terms of Sale

The following terms of sale apply to all of my online sales.

Payment Methods

Cash (in person), ertified check, ank transfers. All funds must be in US dollars only. I will also accept PayPal however buyer must pay all fees. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

Deposit

Buyer must contact me within 24 hours of accepted offer, nd make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of listing’s end to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The remainder is due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, ull payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, lease make sure you inspect the vehicle at least 48 hours prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges,fees and transportation to and from the inspection point.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, his vehicle is being sold "as is" "where is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, or are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Notice to Bidders

I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Placing a Bid/Offer

Bid Retractions

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact me within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bid

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, e reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
