Description

This was an original 350V8 - 4 Speed manual GMC Jimmy which I purchased in 1979 from the original owner. I've used this vehicle primarily for camping, unting and fishing over the years. In 1998 I did the following improvements to the vehicle: new centari paint, iring harnesses, " lift kit, ancho suspension, arger tires and rims. In 2000, had the 4-speed rebuilt. In 2013, replaced the engine with a new 350 GM crate engine. The new engine has tuned port fuel injection, n RV cam, eaders and dual exhaust. I've driven the Jimmy about 3000 miles since the engine replacement, he motor runs like new and is well powered for this truck. If a collector is interested, may be able to retrieve the original engine block (it is at the local high school auto shop). This Jimmy came with Air Conditioning; I have all the original parts, ut did not re-install the air conditioning when the motor was replaced in 2013. I have original documentation for the car, ncluding manuals and the protecto-plate. I've added a Ramsey 10K winch up front on a custom bumper with built-in tool boxes. I've also added a custom rack on top. The original radio is not currently installed, ut I have it along with the dials. I also have a spare grille and front trim set which came along years ago and I bought/stored them in case they would ever be needed. The tires are in excellent condition. Everything works on the Jimmy, nd I'd readily get in her and drive anywhere in the country.
