Hi There,
This is Very Nice wagon, a 1990 Honda Civic RT4wd Real Time Four-Wheel Drive.
I had Planet Honda dealership go through thi, and do a complete diagnostic. It is in Excellent condition. I have the recent dealer service receipts.
IT IS AN AUTOMATIC, The tranny is in great shape, I had the Dealer service it and inspect it.
The engine is near-perfect running. Does not smoke AT ALL, Temperature stays exactly where it should be.

Previous owners just did the brakes, they are excellent with new master cylinder.
Justover 242k actual miles.
Clean Colorado title.
Hood and Roof are faded and have some paint chips to hood and roof.
There are a couple very tiny rust spots, I tried to feature in some of the close-up pics.
I have the little outer rear qtr. small trim piece, its now on the car, but missing in the pics (I took it off so you see that little rust bubble).
Drivers seat is showing wear, rest of interior is nice, but a bit dirty and could use a full shampoo.
Has all the original Civic Wagon floor mats, Drivers is pretty worn.
All original, never modified.
Overall a nice example of this car.

I had the Dealer test the Viscous Coupler and U-Joints in the driveshaft. All in good shape, and well within Dealer specs. (Have receipt).
I had the Dealer put a new valve cover gasket in, and new transmission cooler lines. Have receipt.
The dealer also installed new front seat-belt lap buckles. Have receipt.
They saw a couple minor things that will need addressed at some point soon.
*Power steering system is seeping, but not to point of dripping. At some point down the road, will need a new PS pump and rebuilt PS rack assembly. Rack is good, its just leaking. (3hrs labor, this is tricky to replace, butused/rebuilt OEM parts are reasonable. A new rack is still avail OEM from Honda. Or you can take this one out and rebuild it. Boots and bands available OEM from Honda). It is not making noise and functioning just fine. It can go a long time before this needs done.
*Oil pan gasket is seeping, but not dripping. (its a 5hr job, the transfer case has to come out.Parts & Labor around 300 at the Dealer).
*Rear trailing arm bushings need replaced, (Dealer charges $600, it is a DIY project with $30 in parts and a 7minute YouTube video).
I replaced the Differential Dampner and Differential Mount. It still needs to have the upper rubbers in the Diff Mount replaced. This is fairly easy (Use gen1 CRV parts, exact match).
The drivers automatic seatbelt feature is bypassed. Its safe and tested, but does not "decapitate". Passenger seatbelt functioning normally.

Tires havegood tread, but are starting to dry rot in between the treads.Holding air just fine.

Alignment good and straight. Does not pull or drift.

**I HAVE ALL THE PARTS TO ADD AIR CONDITIONING.** Contact me if interested!

I had Midas do a new muffler. They did not notice anything major. Have receipt.
I had JiffyLube do an oil change, and they did not notice anything either. Have receipt.
This is an original Colorado car. You can see the Dealer logo very faint on back, Fort Collins.

I had to register it to sell, I am the 3th owner.1st owner was an old-timer in Fort Collins, CO foothills. He drove this in the winter mornings to have coffee w the boys. 2nd owner was in Wellington, CO. He bought for his college girls to commute toUNColorado. They kept it very clean, and did a LOT of maintenance and work.

I am technically the 3rd owner, but I just bought it and cleaned it up, I put about 500miles on it.

This is running great, I am confident it would make a cross-country roadtrip.
This one wont last at this price. Act Fast.

I will respond quickly to any questions. I have more pictures in a local clist ad: http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/5580756362.html

I am pretty firm on the price. (I will drop the price if it doesn't sell this week).
