Starting up and Taking a drive-
This Truck came from Montana and is in very complete and in good original condition. The horse of many colors patina finish on this IH is incredible. This is the actual patina on this truck. I did enhance it though. I used 180 gritsandpaperto bring out the underlying paint. I then used 001 steel wool.I didn't want to take anything away from her years, ust a little clean up was the goal. I hope you find her AS BEAUTIFUL AS I DO.
Drive to theSalishCliff Golf Course-
Very unique and collectible Vintage Truck. I looked all over and unable to locate a model match. I can't stop for gas or go down the road without someone taking pictures or asking me to pull over... Dang, would do the same if I saw this beauty for the 1st time.
Full walk around of the Truck-
Thelikelihood of you running into someone with a model match, s next to Nill! This is a great truck and some lucky bidder will win her on 09/05/15.
Don't let this one get away. I have had a lot of old trucks and I need to say, his one is a true GEM!

International replaced the outdated light-duty KB-series with the all-new L-series for 1950. The new models featured the wide “Comfo-Vision” cab and attractive modern styling highlighted by a full-width grille. The ancient Green Diamond L-head engines of the KB-series, hich dated back to the Willys-built 1933 D1, ere replaced with new Silver Diamond ohv sixes. The Silver Diamond engines appeared to be a redesign of the larger Blue Diamond ohv engines, hich continued to be used in top models of the medium-duty L-series.ManufacturerInternational Harvester Co.Introduced date1950Discontinued date1952Preceding modelKS-1Superseded byR-112Production locationsSpringfield, hioCapacity tons/GVW/GCW¾-ton, 800 lb GVWEngineMakeInternationalModelSilver Diamond SD-220FuelgasolineCoolingwaterCylinders6Displacement ci / L221 ciPower HP @ rpm100 @ 3600TransmissionGearbox make (model)InternationalGearbox typesyncromeshGears (forward speeds)3 (optional 4-speed in show truck)Axles & driveWheels/drive4x2Rear Axle Make (Model)International hypoidTires standard/optional6.00-16 6-ply / 7.00-16 6-ply (on show truck)OtherShipping weight3445 lb
