Owner was a collector of vehicles. By that I mean he acquired vehicles new or almost new and had a propensity to then let them sit in a garage, riving them a little sometimes. Then the "garaging" became "storaging." The owner is nursing home incapacitated and can't give nuance to the vehicle's history. Because of this there is no additional documentation to the mileage or vehicle's history.
