For Sale is my 1984 Jeep Scrambler.
This Jeep has only 127,0XX miles on it (I'm still driving it so the mileage may go up some), ut almost everything was JUST rebuilt or replaced within the last 600 miles and I have receipts for pretty much everything to go with it. Most of the parts below were purchased at dealer pricing as well. About $8,500 worth of work.
This jeep was purchased new in New Mexico and then spent part of it's life in Arizona so the body is in great shape and could be easily prepped and freshly painted if you wanted. I actually like having a nice fresh drive train etc under the original Ice Blue color with the original decals on it for a cool patina look. I've never seen another one in Ice Blue with the stripes and eagle/hawk on it. I've actually never seen this decal set on any jeep.

The Engine was rebuilt 22k miles ago I was told and it drives great. It will run on the hwy at about 65mph+ without pushing it no problem.
This is the Scrambler to have if you don't want to have to worry about replacing anything expensive since everything has already been done. Just get in and daily drive it. I drove the jeep to on the hwy back to NV for over 4 hours when I purchased it without a problem and averaged about 18mpg over all the hills with the A/C on. These things aren't made for the highway (noisy etc, ence the reason I've bought new seals etc and installed some already to help with the noise as you can read below), ut I'd not hesitate to drive it on long trips. It really is setup to be a great vintage looking daily driver with A/C! Other Jeep guys have been doing double takes when I'm out driving it. The previous owner has a Mercedes dealership in Scottsdale, Z and had his mechanics go through this and do all the work to install the parts above so he could take it on an Alaska trip, ut the trip never happened so it was sold.

It has some normal wear and tear obviously being 30 years old and ORIGINAL EXTERIOR. There is a dent on the tailgate where the tire carrier was pushed into it (primarily only the tailgate, hich cannot be seen with the spare on and a new tailgate is less than $100 if you decided to fix before painting). It has about 1" of play still in the steering and I've read that it's probably the castor from the lift (since the drag link, ie rods, tc has been done), ut it hasn't bothered me enough to take it in for an alignment. I can do a walk around on the phone or answer any questions you may have.
