Gorgeous Urraco P 250 S Fully Mechanically Rebuilt
Unveiled at the Torino Motor Show the 27th October 1970, he Lamborghini factory Press Release announced a new car of still more advanced engineering, iddle engined four places Berlinetta tipo L240: the “ Urraco ”. This 2+2 was designed by Marcello Gandini, ead of design at Bertone. The Urraco was equipped a brand new 2.5 V8 engine which gave the car a max power of 220 bhp at 7800 rpm.

and currently shows around 32,000 km (19,888 miles) on the odometer. It is matching numbers. The current owner acquired the car in 2014 from well known Lamborghini Club President in Belgium, ho had himself bought it from one of his LCB members, rue Lamborghini enthusiast who owned it since 1990. Earlier in its life, he car had 2x owners in Italy. The Urraco S has the following standard specifications compared to the normal Urraco : 5 Speed Manual Transmission, ower windows, /C and full leather (which were available options for the normal one).

This Urraco “S” benefits from a thorough mechanical restoration performed by Evans-USA, ue to its current Fanatical owner who wanted to have reliable regular use of his toy. It got a Quicksilver Stainless Steel Exhaust, tainless Steel Water Pipes (see Photos Below). Comes with the file of invoice comes to a total of $67,000 USD. The other mechanical fields were revised before it left Europe. The Paint is in the original color and in excellent condition with minor flaws from careful use. The interior is the original one with its patina, t was recolored in Black, ut with special leather treatment it can get back its original “Senape” color.

This Lamborghini offers fine driving comfort and a power V8 engine. A beautiful driving, unning, nd handled car that loves to be run. Few Urraco were produced, nd this particular early European model – with its all chrome small bumpers – is one of the most sought for. This car has been lovingly cared for since new. It was one of favorite models of Ferruccio Lamborghini himself, ince he kept one in his private museum at his vineyard “La Fiorita”.
