This is a rare classic. It was kept in a mine as tow truck for many years. The color is AA Yellow and these vehicles were quite popular in the 50’s as recovery trucks
Then purchased by a collector/enthusiast who drove it in a well known expedition from Canada to Mexico.
I bought it and trailered it down to California where it has never left my property. It’s a true survivor and needs another enthusiast to keep it running and in shape. I have kept it in good condition but I can no longer watch it out my window without thinking that it needs to be driven.
This is a real collectors vehicle. It has not been repainted, t is made with Britex aluminum the soft pure brilliant polished aluminum used to make fighter planes. The paint is faded and there is a patch where the crank for the towtruck lift was.
There is a unique 3D metal dealer plaque from Canada where it was first sold but it has been transferred to the US.
