This Defender started the first 7 years of it's service with the Royal Air Force in England as a Fire Fighter personnel carrier hence the red and white color scheme. After that it was sold to the general public and ran around Great Britain and Europe for the next 22 years. My UK partners found this vehicle for sale purchased it and had it completely overhauled.The engine was swapped in the UK for an overhauled unit which is reflected in the registration paperwork. There are less than 30k miles on the engine. For the last few months it has been all over the UK and Wales and now it is in Pittsburgh ! I drive this vehicle everyday it is rust free has a 2.5 liter turbo diesel motor and a 5 speed gearbox.
