With only 21,008 original miles, his rare, riginal condition 1964 Land Rover Series IIA 109 Station Wagon was initially purchased by the Austrian fire-brigade (original Austrian papers/documentation included). The Series IIA is regarded by many to be the epitome of the Rover Series for its excellent design and dependability, s well as legendary off-road ruggedness. In 2003, his left hand drive, .25 L petrol/gasoline engine, lassic 5 door Landy was shipped from Austria to the United States and was not driven for 10 years.
