This 1986 Defender County 110 Turbo Diesel is inunbelievablecondition. Since acquiring this vehicle I have put on over 100 miles without aproblem. The bottom of this vehicle is dry as a bone with no leaks. Its previous owner spared nothing in keeping this Defender in top condition. Every lock works with one key, very window operates, he doorpanelsare in great shape, everything, ncluding wipers, ights and all mechanical features, ork as they should as do all the gauges. There is no smoke whatsoever. She starts every time with no problems. The headliner, hich in most cases is either damaged or missing, s in perfect condition.
The vin # is SALLDHMB7EA329996 but could not be listed in the EBAY slot asEuropean vins are not accepted into the EBAY system. This vehicle was owned by a woman who ran a small curio business and this car was looked after with great care and devotion. In seven years she covered 17,000 miles that are documented by MOTs. BUCKLANDS LAND ROVER REPAIR maintained this vehicle and I have all the work orders proving no money wassparedin its upkeep. It was maintained and waxoyledto preserve the solid frame and out riggers. There are seat belts all around, ront and back seat. I will post a short list of some of the items routinely done:
LOF done yearly
Brake fluid renewed
Change all filters
Wiper blades when needed
New shocks
Replace exhaust
Adjust valves and replace gasket
Replace right tire rod
New hood cable
New battery
Replace all fuel injector pipes
Fan coupling replaced
New brake cable
Replace fuel injector pump
New steering pump
All belts renewed
and the list goes on and on. If Bucklands Land Rover suggested something had to be done, t was done. She told me this vehicle never failed her but it was time for her to get a smaller vehicle.
This vehicle can be inspected and I suggest you do so if possible. There are no surprises here. Just email me and I will make arrangements.
The paint on this car has a great patina. The areas you see where the paint is missing are simply the oxidation points where the metal meets the aluminum body. You will find this on every Vintage Land Rover.
The Michelin Tires all around have good life left.
The Rear Step has a full galvanized rack and rear ladder. Both sides have diamond plate running boards.
Door bottoms have minimal rust at the usual spots. All doors work fine opening and closing as they should. As previously mentioned, urprisingly all locks work with one key, hen is the last time you heard that being the case for a vintage Land Rover.
I have a set ofGenuine Land Rover wheels that I will sell with thisvehicle, f the new buyer wants for an additional $500. I will put them in the vehicle when it is shipped. I will show them in the photo section.
Please email me any question you might have.
I have a video of the vehicle. If you are interested in seeing that contact me.
