Description

For sale is my 1966 Lincoln Continental Suicide 4 Door Sedan 462 V8 Restoration Project that Needs to be Finished - I'd finish it, ut I'm out of time and can't finish.
SCROLL DOWN TO SEE 170+ LARGE PICTURES!!!!
This car runs and drives good for its age. The engine I THINK was rebuilt at one time, ut still needs to be serviced and tuned up, arb needs adjustments, tc. Transmission shifts well, ower steering is good, he front end is a little sloppy and needs to be rebuilt. The A/C looks pretty complete, ut the compressor is "seized", ave that rebuilt for under $300.00. Needs a whole new exhaust system done as this one is all split up.
The interior needs a complete restoration on it, issing a few trim pieces, rm rests, indows crank handles, nner door handles, indow switches, tc (see pics). Headliner is ripped in a few places, ut complete. Carpet is missing, o that needs to be replaced, nd a few MINOR trim pieces are missing in the interior. The door panels are there, nd MIGHT be usable to restore. Seats needs complete upholstery. Top dash pad has a crack, ront dash looks great with minor wear & tear, as original radio that has a 8-track player in it, peedo works, ash lights work except the temperature control lights, eat belts look original (has 10-66 date FoMoCo),
I don't see ANY major rust or rot on this car, nly a small area by the front windshield pillar (see pic). The front windshield needs to be replaced because it is cracked, nd a few MINOR chrome pieces around the front windshield is missing, ntenna is gone/broken. All the chrome looks REALLY good and pretty straight, ll hub caps are there and has minor scratches/dents, ll the lights look in good shape, nd seem to work. The outside hood has two yellow "burn" marks on it because looks like it had a backfire/fire under it, ut I don't see ANY wires or fire damage. ALL glass besides the front windshield is in good shape. Hood is missing the Lincoln emblem.
Tires are fairly new, nd still have tons of tread on them (roadclaw P235/75R15 R220). Body is REALLY straight and only have a few minor dents, cratches, cuffs. The paint job is a cheap one (other owner had it done), o I'd repaint it with a better one.
I know I forgot something, UT EMAIL ME THROUGH EBAY MESSAGE CENTER AND I WILL RESPOND AS QUICKLY AS I CAN.
These cars values are going up, nd hard to find in good shape like this one. So PLEASE NOT looking for low ball offers. Thank you!
CAR IS SOLD AS-IS RESTORATION PROJECT!
