1956 Continental Mark II For Sale. Excellent Driver Car which presents itself very well and draws a crowd wherever it goes. I have a 3 inch binder full of receipts for work done on the car - over $44. 00. 00 worth of receipts. Chrome work is excellent. hubcaps excellent. as is most of the car. Underside of car is very solid and rust free. and has not been undercoated or caked over to cover any rust issues - car has been a Florida and Georgia car. and is very solid. Original Town and Country radio has been converted to am/fm - maintaining the original look. Factory A/C car - blows cool at times. but will need some attention. Car drives great and is driven every month to a show 150+ miles round trip to stretch her legs. Car is driven weekly to keep all fluids circulating - it is leaking some oil when parked. Lot of work has been done on this car. but like any old car. it will always need a thing or two. Paint is about 15 years old and is starting to show some small bubbles/wear/cracks in spots. but everyone tells me she still looks beautiful. Panels in front (hood. fenders. doors) will need to be slightly re-aligned (this is a very common issue with these cars). but still looks good. Driver door swung open on me taking a sharp right turn while going downhill (I didn't close the door all the way). and broke the door stopper and the door creased the driver fender. so that will need to be repaired - nothing serious - I take it to shows like this. and being white it does not show too much until I point it out to people. Car should be repainted to bring it to "show" condition. but many who have seen the car tell me she looks great the way she is. and because I use it more as a driver car. I never bothered to get the car repainted. This is just a great looking Continental Mark II which you will be very proud to own. Nothing quite like a white Continental Mark II to show her beautiful body lines - she looks like a diamond going down the road.
