1964 Lincoln Continental Here it is ladies and gentlemen. the nicest Lincoln on the market! This is an amazing car and a piece of American history. This to my knowledge is THE only 1964 that was ordered from the factory in a 1963 color! This means the dash and steering wheel were color matched along with all the other miscellaneous parts as well. This is also a numbers matching all original car! It was repainted some years ago (original color of course) and the paint was laid down so incredibly well that you will fall in love. This is not you ever day Black or White Continental and this car STANDS OUT! It screams for the attention that it deserves. With a glass like finish the body panels show incredibly straight and all body lines are crisp and straight. The panel gaps ALL line up PERFECT just like from factory if not better! All doors shut with confidence and it is super cool to see them swing open opposite directions. The detail in this car from factory is exquisite and something you just don’t see now days. All the chrome and trim are true and shine bright! It is hard to believe that this is original hardware! The headlights and taillights are clear and show no signs of leaks. The Lincolns you normally see are hard tops. not like this one! It just makes it stand out that much more. We have stumbled across a diamond! Since this restoration was complete it has basically sat in the garage of its 3rd owner (to our knowledge) and was only used for parades! It was pampered like it should be and it shows! This thing is SHOW quality. The interior is ALL ORIGINAL and it looks incredible! The seats look brand new. all door panels are beautiful as well and the jams are super clean. The carpet looks great with no signs of stains. tears or rips. The fold down arm rests look perfect both up and down. It has factory air that blows COLD. and even the clock on the dash works! How often do you find that? All of the gauges are super clear and have NO fog. The steering wheel looks brand new as well as the steering column! This car is so SUPER clean it is really hard to take it all in and imagine that it is original (besides a repaint). The 430 runs extremely well and starts first time every time! It sounds good running and feels super cool rolling down the road. The Turbo-Drive Automatic transmission shifts smooth as can be and feels really strong without any hiccups! With factory power steering and brakes it drives and stops incredibly well as it should. The power top goes up and down with ease and the headlight dimmer on the dash is awesome as well. This car is so far ahead of its time! As pictures clearly show this thing is incredible and well taken care of. If you can find a cleaner 1964 in this price range you had better buy it!
