Description

This would be a fun car to restore and probably a pretty easyrestorationor made to a daily driver. The research i have done makes be believe there were only 1500 or so produced between 1974 and 1980, nd maybe as few as 350 inexistence, nd most of those seem to be in the UK. You could have a very unique collectible auto.
This car runs and drives, owever it needscarburetorwork, ome electrical work and interior replaced. It has 2 Stromberg carbs and they act similar to a vehicle where the choke is not working correctly. They probably need to be rebuilt and synced. Thebrakes and clutch seem to be ok but i only drove it about a block so they may need adjustment, nd/or repairs. The interior is pretty shot. There is enough there that you can probably make patterns for replacement. I think it is only missing one small insertpieceon one door panel but you can probably use the other side to make a pattern. Carpet is all bad, he headliner is missing. The body is fiberglass so there is no rust or dents. There is some cracking and crazing on the paint, ostly on the hood but you would want to paint it to restore it, doesn'tlook to bad as is.. The undercarriage looked pretty good, didn't see any rust, owever it is too low for me to get under it and i don't have a lift. All the glass is there and in tact. Someone has torn apart the dash board switches for an unknown reason. I am sure it needs electrical work done to get everything functioning correctly again. It is missing some knobs and switches. I am told they are all available by cross referencing other vehicles.
This vehicle is being sold as is where is, will be available to help it get loaded. I think it can be driven on to a trailer, owever withe carbs not working right i can't guarantee it. Brakes seem to be functional, nd the ebrake works for loading purposes.
