Here is the actual VIN: JCESE-101156
After collecting European classic cars for many years, have turned my attention to JDM cars, nd
a Mazda Eunos Cosmo was very high on my list, ith some stipulations.I wanted the Holy Grail; a 20B without ANY modifications and preferably an S-model with cloth interior, 6 inch wheels, imited slip differential and firmer suspension.
After searching for a while I found this car last year in Japan. It fulfilled all my wishes.
The car only had 66k kilometers (41k miles), as bone-stock, bsolutely no rust and no accident damage ever. The paint had damaged clear coat on the hood, oof and trunk. Everything was supposed to be in working order. Sha-ken (Very strict Japanese Vehicle Inspection) is valid until 06-17.
I bought it and it arrived in November last year.
Long story short, t was even better than I imagined. You can really feel and see the low kilometers.
It has almost new Dunlop 225/50/16 V-rated tires, ll the fluids are fresh, br>power windows, oor locks, ll instruments, ll lights work flawlessly.
A/C is still on R12 and blows ice-cold.
The interior is perfect without any stains, ips or tears.
It's a perfect driving car and I would not hesitate to drive it across the country.
After having the car examined at the body shop, e decided to do a complete repaint. No previous body damage or repair was found after it was sanded down.
It is a tremendous pleasure to drive this car. It's lightning fast and handles and stops perfectly.
Bonus: it has no big wheels or muffler and it's grey and seems to be invisible to the Highway Patrol!
I have already set my sights on a couple of other JDM vehicles and since I cannot park this inside the house, ccording to my wife, have to sell it again.
I have a free and clear, ransferable WA title in my name. I will also provide the buyer with all import and customs paperwork.
Notice to CA buyers:
I will not sell to and/or provide CA buyers with a smog certificate. It's smog exempt in WA and many other states. Even if I would get a CA smog certificate, he overly bureaucratic regulations for "grey-market" cars might make it impossible to register it in CA.
I will gladly assist with shipping.
