All three owners used this car in summers only, less than 2k/mi/yr. Otherwise it was stored indoors covered in winter. No accidents, underside clean, and car is rust free. Original paint shows as new with fewer tiny road chips than normal. Two very small dimples on driver’s side front ought to be left alone, paint unbroken. First owner’s license plate nuts left usual marks on nose, since touched up. Rear carpeted area behind seats suffered sun damage and deterioration, and could be replaced. Interior is excellent, but for one 3” cut in driver’s seat cushion that is repairable (see photo), rear wiper arm was removed and is included. Service always done by Mazda dealer or rotary specialists as records in hand confirm.
Tires, brakes, battery etc. are all recent and fresh. Car is currently registered and inspected and can be seen in Sunderland, Vermont by appointment.
This RX7 GSL-SE can become one of the best original survivors of this marque. With proper rotary rebuild, car’s value should exceed $10K. As a collectible in this range few investments will do better in the future and none will provide its owner with more pleasure.
