Description

This is for a normally equipped 1980 Mercedes 450 SL 2 door convertible hardtop. Bought this on a whim, ad my fun, nd am now ready to let someone else have fun with it. This is NOT a concourse auto, ut a fun drive it around car. It is yellow that has been repainted with a matte metallic finish. The top is the original yellow. For the most part the finish is in good condition. Had a new $1000 top just installed on it. The hardtop has a rust issue on the bottom of the rear area but not falling apart. Had the seats redone, racks cleaned, ut the seats for some reason are still hard to adjust but can be done. Again, his is not a show car but an everyday driver and there are still some things that could use some attention, gain like all old cars. There are also a couple boxes of spare parts, ot really needed, ut just in case. These could be sold to recoup some pocket money. Along with the new top all the window rubbers for both the soft top and hard top were replaced so a great seal is there. This was bought because I could not find a Model A Ford open car at a reasonable price, herefore I would love to trade this for a Model A Ford but will settle for the cash. Local pick up or transport fine. Again, his is a driver. Thanks for the peep.
