Beautiful 1971 W108 Sedan in Black over Parchment MB Tex.
Rare floor shift and sunroof model that runs and drives beautifully.
Florida car from new until 2014 when it was purchased by a Mercedes Benz collector in Dallas Texas.
There is absolutely no rust on the body and the undercarriage is exceptionally clean and original.
The vehicle just had a tune up and fluids changed and the car runs and drives strong with smooth shifts between gears.
A/C blows cold, and the Panasonic head-unit sounds great but power antenna is not functional.
Original Becker Europa headunit is with the car and will be included in the sale.
All power options function well including smooth and strong power windows and sunroof, but the front window switch sticks from time to time.
Cosmetically the exterior has a show quality shine with some paint chips that have been touched up over the years.
Parchment interior shows beautifully and wood is in very good condition all around especially in the dash.
Dash pad and door panels are free of any cracks, but driver side door wood trim has a few cracks.
Carpeting is in near flawless condition all around.
