: Hello everyone and Thank You for viewing another modern classic in the form of this 1986 Mercedes 560SL.  As you may have already discovered, hese 107 Chassis SL’s are climbing in value and of those the 560 is by far the most desirable.   This particular example is no exception.  It has had just ONE OWNER its entire life.  CarFax shows it to be accident free and it just came out of service at Mercedes of Naples where it was traded on a brand new SL.

It was driven an average of just over 4k miles per year for the first ten years of its life and less than 1k miles per year for the last 20 years.  Why?  You may ask.  I don’t ask why millionaires do the things they do.  I’m just thrilled when they trade a car like this. 

This car can best be described as nice original condition.  The paint is not showroom/repaint new, ut looks very nice.  The car came with a brand new soft top which we had installed.  All brightwork and rubbers are in excellent shape.  The wheels are perfect and absolutely blemish free.  The interior is also very nice.  The leather upholstery is soft and free of rips, ears or wear in general.  Same goes for the carpets.  The wood veneers still have their original sheen and look great.  Tires are in average to good condition.  It comes complete with the original jack, pare, irst aid kit, wner’s manuals, master keys and even the original spare key still in plastic.

This is the right car, n the right condition at the right price.  You can spend slightly less on a 4 owner car with 100k miles or you can spend an absurd amount more on a 30k mile car in basically the same condition as this one.  It’s your money, pend it wisely.
