The Mercedes-Benz 250 SE was the apotheosis of automotive engineering in 1967. With four wheel independent suspension, our wheel discs brakes and fuel injection (called Einspritzer), t was decades ahead of its time. And this fine European spec example brings all these incredible features together beautifully, reating a driving experience that is unlike almost anything else in the collector car world. This particular 250 also features an automatic transmission, power sunroof, M/FM stereo and center armrests. It is in excellent conditionand I have included a link to200 photos that show everyaspect of the beautiful car.

The engineers at Mercedes were focused on building a true driver's sedan, ne that would have you arrive at your destination rested and refreshed. To do so, hey employeddesigns likean electronically balanced, nbsp;7-main bearing crankshaft, ndividually sprung wheels and steering linkage with its own shock absorber. Sales literature of the day noted that the 250 SE would run at speeds well over 100 mph all day long without complaint and that under normal use would achieve fuel economy better than 25 mpg.And once you drive this car, ou will believe it! It is a little known fact, ut one that bears mentioning just as an example of the lengths to whichMercedes-Benz went to in producing some of the most well-built automobiles in the world:the engine oil was changed 60 times before each Mercedes left the factory! That is absolutely astounding and it is just one of the many reasons that Mercedes is the gold standard of longevity in the automotive world.
