Welcome. You are bidding on a 1983 Mercedes Benz European 500SL. This car comes with a clean Arizona title and license plates. This car was recently moved to California. Exterior: This car still has its original white paint. It is a solid rust free example, owever there is evidence of rust forming on the hardtop. Please see the attached pictures. This car has never been in an accident and still has all of the correct original European bumpers, eadlights, eadlight wipers, tc. The hood, oors, nd deck lid all open and close properly.

Interior: This car still has its original interior however the front seats have been swapped out for a seat of sport seats. All of the gauges and lights work on this car.

Engine/Transmission: This car does fire right up however it runs rough. I have not had it looked at by anyone, ut it appears it has a vacuum leak. The transmission shifts through the gears smoothly. This would be a great weekend project for someone. This car should not be considered a driver in its current condition.

Overall: This is a great chance to get into an early 500sl. It comes with its original hardtop, lean title, icense plates, riginal tool kit and some records. With a proper service this car should be running smoothly again.
