Description

Very clean, eautiful vintage Mercedes-Benz 1959 190 Sedan. I purchased this car in 2008 from a Dealer in Fort Worth who had bought it from the widow of the original owner, Mercedes Dealer ship owner. The doors close with the classic thunk! The classic gangster car in the old Bond movies - a definite head turner!Very little rust, ome pitting. New Tires in 2011, arely used. Original Becker Radio. Perfect for full restoration.
In 2012 I hadn't noticed the master brake cylinder was out, nd ran into a shed when pulling out of a parking lot.
My goal was to restore it, ut I simply do not have the time for it. Too many other projects.
Non-original air-filter and intake from carb to engine I believe. See Photos.
The Bad:
*master brake cylinder needs to be replaced to get brakes working again* needs body work: trunk lid and rear body work needed, ear bumper IS NOT attached, eeds to be replaced, ear blinker casings are not attached, eeds new bulbs, ront driver-side wheel well is damaged (had a blow out and tire got caught in the support which caused the body to be bent in a little bit, ee 2nd photo)* engine turns over with charged battery* the star is detached - missing spring to hold it
I highly recommend to bring your mechanic and inspect on site before bidding.
