351 CLEVELAND Raw V8 POWER with an FMX Transmission pushing power to a Posi 9 inch rear end.Power Brakes/Disc BrakesPower steeringI replaced the...Fuel PumpFuel Line,Battery,Solenoid,Radiator Hoses and a Trans cooling lineLug nutsOnce it turned over and got fuel it started right up and ran like a large wild Cat. The glass packs that are installed helped as well I think. The carb has been empty for decades so may need rebuilding or the fuel now in it may expand the seals. It was running great but the accelerator pump was not getting a good seal but can compensate with the choke.will need a few Bulbs .The headlights go up and down like new.Odometer reads 35,000 and could be accurate. Most of the damage i have seen has been from aging and not use.
THESE ARE VERY OLD TIRES!!! While the old Magnesium Wheels are cool ...DO NOT Drive anywhere with these tires!!! I would not recommend driving on tires even half as old..The original owner liked these wheels so much they put on 3 types of locking lug nuts.. There was only the key for one so I left it but the others I replaced
Nice solid body with minimal surface rust bubbling and old factory crazing paint. No Bondo but a little exposed metal so I shot it with a quick primer. Paint stock or your own choice... Or drive it as is.
Even has clean wheel wells and Trunk. Original trunk insulation and pad.Factory scoop sitting in place. It was in the trunk as the mounting studs need to be replaced.Dash has a crack but a CLEAN Factory dash included in the trunk. Also have the steering and dash cover plates. Factory like new in the trunk...To include the factory radio dash plate..In the trunk as well..
Rare Houndstooth interior. Will need some interior work. Mainly on the headliner, carpet and front seats.
ALL in all it will take very little to get the same feeling it had coming off the Dealers Showroom Floor.Don't get left behind .THIS IS ONE WICKED BEAST!!!.They don't come like this every day... Hardly EVER!Good luck and happy bidding!Julie
