Description

This is a 66 Mercury convertible I have owned for about 5 years. It has many new parts. nbsp;new brakes . wheel cylinders. tires. all coil springs. shocks. I added duel master brake cylinder for safety and other stuff I can't remember right now. I did everything to it with no intentions of ever selling it but I have back problems and have not worked for 7 months now. When I first bought it I drove it a bunch and in the past few years have probably only put 100 - 200 miles on it so I could use the money now more than the car. It has a 390 V8 that runs great. it goes down the road very nice and smooth like the old boats did. The top was put on just before I bought it and works great. The only things wrong with it is the drivers wing vent window doesn't close as tight as it should. It has door nicks on the passengers door and garadge scratch by the passenger tail light. nbsp;otherwise paint looks ok. If it were re-painted it would be perfect. If you have a reasonable offer I will change it to buy it now. I have twice as much as I have as starting bid. unfortunately when my pay checks stopped the bills still come. If you have any questions please ask. or if you want to see any other pictures I will do that. It is a head turner and a blast to drive. Buyer is responsible for picking up. Car is for sale locally for 9. 00 OBO so Auction can end early unless bids have been made on it. Sold as is with no warranty. Payment due at pick up not pay pal since they take their cut and it would be a bunch on a car ! I will not be available on May 1 to May 3 otherwise I am home all of the time.
