Description

I am selling a 1968 MGCGT. This is a low mileage 4 speed car with the original 72 spoke painted wire wheels. The car was yellow at one time, ut is now red. The paint job is older and is in fair to good condition. There is some bondo in the rear doglegs and rockers. The engine compartment looks complete, ncluding the original servos and the blower fan for the air intake. It has the original leather low back seats that were only found in the 1968’s. The leather is hard and the seams are torn. The rear upholstery looks nice. The castle section on the left side is fairly solid. The right side castle section needs replaced. There is some rust in the floors. There is also rust in the trunk, nder the spare tire. All the glass is intact. The molding is missing around the windshield. Mileage on odometer reads 48K. Car is currently not running and the engine appears to be frozen, lthough I have not put much energy into trying to start or free. The aluminum hood is in near perfect condition. It has been in dry storage for over 30 years. This car is one of 9000 made and only half were GT's. I am selling this car “as is” with no implied warranty. $1000.00 deposit ( non refundable) is due within 48 hours of auction’s end. Paypal accepted for deposit only. Balance due within 2 weeks.
