I'm selling this this very nice 1976 MGB for a friend. He's had a stoke and can no longer enjoy his "Baby". The car has been very well maintained since he bought it in 2006. I've had several MGB's over the years and this is by far the best of all the colors, hartreuse. The trim, o, heels etc. are accentuated by this bright color. The car has only 55,000 carefu, dult driven miles.The top, arpets, eat upholstery, ash pad have been replaced over the last 4 or 5 years and are very beautiful.Original door panelsare verynice. The car was stripped and refinished about 4-5 years ago and with exception of a few minor chips on the edge of the right door and a mark on the lower left front fender (see photos), he paint is very nice. I included a photo of how clean and shiny the left dogleg and rocker is. The trunk photo shows how clean it is. This car was never a rusted down hulk like so many MGB's .The car for thatearly sports car look was given the expensive chrome bumper and grille conversion. (replaced the full rubber bumpers front and rear). Door and fender trim is very nice. The brakes and clutch, s well as all hydraulic systems operate flawlessly, o gear grinding or bad brakes. The car has the steel wheels, o there is no spoke wheel wobble. They have also been refinished. All the gauges and the radio work The battery is about 2 years old. The electricfuel pump was also replaced. Exhaust is nice with a great sound. The steering rack is tight without play. Tires have lots of life but are not new. The car starts and runs effortlessly, would think it could be driven anywhere. Buy it and drive home. If you always wanted a nice MGB you could drive, njoyand not have to work on first, nbsp;this could be the car for you. NO RESERVE
