Description

I have a beautiful one of a kind Maxi Taxi that I am unfortunately having to sell. it is a 4 speed 1600cc VW chassis with a Maxi Taxi Kit. I put a new top and new curtains on her and she runs like a champ. The top is removeable. it has been fully restored with some ideas that i incorporated into her style. The top and dashboard have been designed with a laced technique that is really nicely done. She is absolutely gorgeous and gets thumbs up everywhere I go. I have been to 8 car shows and have won 1st place in all 8 and Best in Show in Alabama. She has brand new rims and tires ( only have 50 miles on them). new brakes. and I had a dual exhaust (chrome tips) put on her with a small cam & she sounds amazing! She has a hand painted design(trim) on body. Very good on gas . She was made by the Bremmel Company out of Indiana and they made 50-100 of these cars in 5 different models before their company unfortunately burned down in 1982. Like I said she is a one of a kind designed Maxi Taxi. Its getting to be nice weather take the top off or leave it on and have a great time parading her around. I drive every chance I get and unfortunately have to let her go. I wrecked my trike and have permanent damage in my left leg ( my clutch leg) hopefully someone will get her and enjoy her as much as I have . She does have a couple scratches nothing major as She is always garaged and show ready . She is insured for $16000. If you have any questions.
